What Are Channel Letter Signs?
Illuminated Channel Letter Signs are highly effective commercial signage that are individually crafted three-dimensional letters and logos that can be illuminated for enhanced readability. These channel letters are typically made from durable materials like aluminum, stainless steel and acrylic, ensuring longevity and resistance to harsh weather conditions. The return (side walls), face, and back are cut and formed individually, then assembled into a three-dimensional letter form. LED modules are mounted inside the return, and a translucent acrylic face is applied to the front. The finished letter is mounted to the building facade directly, on a raceway (a rectangular channel housing the power supply), or on a wireway.

The sign looks fantastic, and we couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. It was packed incredibly well, with padded corners and each letter wrapped separately inside a sturdy outer box. Everything arrived in perfect condition.

The finish looks rich, the letters are beautifully made, and the soft glow gives the building an upscale look without being flashy. It turned out just like the proof, and we couldn’t be happier with the finished sign.
I used the online designer for our storefront halo lit sign, and the finished sign came out just like the proof. They’re bright, clean, and look great on the building. One letter arrived with a small scuff, but after I sent them a photo, they replaced it at no charge and didn’t give me any trouble.
